Titi and Seun : Northbrook Park, Surrey

SeunTiti 17 Mar 2016 15-35

It is oh so lovely to see a couple that truly love each other and it shows through their interaction. When I was invited to document this wedding, I was pretty excited. I was returning to the very warm Northbrook park, where the peacocks live (They didn’t pose for me). It was a cold morning but the love the couple and their family showed made it all so worth it. Shooting in a familiar environment is very difficult, the difficult part is not to replicate shots from previous work.

I had fun at this wedding, the couple were surrounded with love by close family and friends from all over the world. I even bumped into a few friends too. I have made this entire post mostly about the couple 🙂

As ever, I have to really thank Earl of FegiesStudio, he supported me on this one. He is a huge compliment to my work. I love his ability to follow up a story which is very hard to do while documenting. Shout out to Joy Adenuga (MUA)

Many Congratulations to Titi and Seun. You are blessed in your marriage.

Sola and Tosin : Porchester Hall

VY7A0661-2ghhgnjh

Hello and Happy New Year….wow, it is February already, where is 2016 going?

Here is the traditional wedding of Tosin and Sole shot in London (Hyde park and Porchester Hall), it was a very good one for me, I flew in from Cape Town on the day, as you will see from the photos, the jetlag did not hit me as I thought it will do. I really have to give it to Sola and Tosin, they really brought the energy and I really enjoyed shooting this traditional wedding. The wedding was coordinated by Memories4u and as always I was supported by the amazing Earl of Fergiesfoto, as I have mentioned in the past, he brings a complimentary angle to my documentary.

Sola and Tosin will be having another leg of their wedding in beautiful San Francisco USA, I wish them the best of the best of the best.

Azeez and Nash. Dubai

VY7A5231

I was there when Azeez met Nash. It was his birthday and what a lovely gift he got from God. When he told me he proposed, I was really excited for him and Nash. I can not remember when I met Azeez, i just know he has always been there all my life, so it was amazing to see him marry Nash.

All the best to you guys, I loved the simplicity of your wedding in Sunny Dubai.

I took a very different approach to this wedding since I shot on the flanks. I love monochrome and I believe it does the day justice

Tony and Laura. Dublin

LauraTony-458

When Laura called and asked me to document her wedding, I got really excited. I have never been to Australia, so my level of excitement went through the roof. I started day dreaming about sightseeing and getting to know Australia, then she said…we are getting married in Dublin…I was equally excited.

I have known Tony for a long time and I met Laura in sunny Jamaica many moons ago. Laura is very lovely, calm and easy to get along with. Tony is energetic and generally an awesome fella. I was very excited about their wedding so I packed my camera and flew to Dublin.

The reception from their family is just as amazing. I got to meet everyone from Australia, the U.K, Nigeria and those that came from other parts of Ireland. As it does in Dublin, it rained so we had to do most of the shooting indoors, however you will agree from the photos we had so much fun.

I really have to thank my good friend Earl, he joined me after a while to document this wedding. Earl brings something special to the table, he really compliments my shooting style and I really couldn’t have done this with anyone else. I also have to give a special mention to Ife, she is a photography enthusiast, she asked if she could shoot with me, for someone that is new to photography, she was like fish in water. It is very refreshing to see that passion is always at the fore front.

This is to Laura and Tony. I am still looking forward to that invitation to your lovely home town in Australia. I wish you all the best marriage has to offer and I know you will enjoy every bit of it.
