It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to the city of Crete to document the lovely wedding between Lauren and Ken. When we initially met in Victoria, London; Ken mentioned his wedding will be something so special and he was sure I will be the special person to document this lovely union, after I met Lauren, I knew it was indeed going to be a special day.

A few months after the lovely traditional wedding in North London, we packed our bags, in my case, my camera, and headed to Crete, Greece. Lauren and Ken made sure we wanted for nothing, from the airport transfer to the hotel, everything was lovely. We met the family and some wedding guests at a private party on the Beach, we had the so much fun…we even tucked into traditional Greek bbq.

Rain was forecasted on the day of the wedding which was usual in a place like Crete. We arrived at the lovely Amirandes Grecotel Exclusive Resort and I must say, I was really impressed by the opulence. I knew Ken and Lauren prepared something so special for their guest, they made sure they got an experience. It rained but that did not dampen the spirit of the wedding. Ken and Lauren said their vows with such emotion and had their first dance in the middle of the infinity pool with  colourful lights from fireworks adorning the evening Greek skies.
