This is the traditional wedding between Olu and Maria in Reading. According to the traditions of Sierra Leone, the traditional wedding must be held in the bride’s house….I guess it is similar culture for most West African countries, while there were loads to eat and drink, I had to shoot and document in a very tight space, as expected there were many well wishers. It was a challenge for me but as you will see from the photos, it was a good challenge. I had to shoot wide mostly indoors.
